These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you book or receive services from Proxy Detailers(“we”, “us”). By booking an appointment — online, by phone, or by text — you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide mobile car detailing at a location you specify within our service area around Rockwall, Texas. We are self-sufficient and bring our own water and power. You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicle and a place for us to work.

Booking, quotes, and pricing

• Prices depend on the vehicle's size and condition. Any quote given before we see the vehicle is an estimate and may be adjusted once we assess it, with your approval.
• Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, mold, or excessive sand may incur an additional charge, which we will discuss with you before starting.
• We will confirm the final price with you before beginning work.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change an appointment. We may reschedule or shorten a service because of weather, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues; if we cannot complete a booked service we will reschedule it or refund any prepayment for the portion not performed.

Before your appointment

• Remove all valuables, cash, electronics, and personal items from the vehicle. We are not responsible for items left inside.
• Tell us in advance about aftermarket finishes, wraps, paint or clear-coat defects, loose trim, existing damage, or non-functioning components.

Vehicle condition and liability

We take care with every vehicle and use methods appropriate to its condition. All vehicles are serviced on the basis that the paint, trim, seals, and components can withstand normal washing, polishing, and cleaning. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for damage that results from defects, prior repairs, aftermarket modifications, or wear that failed under normal cleaning. Where we are found responsible for damage caused by our work, our liability is limited to the cost of repairing that specific damage, and in no case exceeds the amount paid for the service.

Results

Detailing improves a vehicle's appearance but cannot guarantee removal of every stain, scratch, odor, water spot, or oxidation, some of which are permanent. We will tell you what we expect to achieve before we begin.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise. We accept the payment methods stated at the time of booking. Returned or declined payments may be subject to a fee and collection.

Satisfaction

If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we will do our best to make it right, which may include re-cleaning the affected area.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one posted here on the date you book.
